The customer is a large furniture manufacturer in Bulgaria with several production workshops and warehouses, which requires frequent transportation of raw materials and finished furniture. Although material transfer within each workshop can be done by cranes, there is still a need for an efficient solution for medium and long distance transportation between different workshops and warehouses. For this reason, the customer plans to introduce a battery trackless transfer cart to realize flexible and environmentally friendly cross-regional logistics transportation and improve overall production efficiency.

- European Market Compliance: The customer is concerned about whether the product complies with the European Union standards (CE certification), and requires the provision of successful cases of exporting to Europe in the past.
- Workshop Short Slope Passability: There is a short slope at the entrance of the customer’s factory, which needs to be ensured that the transfer truck can pass through smoothly without increasing additional motor power.
- Adaptability of loading: Since the specifications of the transported materials are not fixed, it is necessary to design a more universal loading platform.
- Endurance: The customer’s high frequency of use requires that the battery life can meet the demand for long-time continuous operation.

Adopting 3000×2000mm standard platform size, adapting to different specifications of materials and improving the utilization rate of equipment.
The trackless transfer cart supports various operation modes such as forward, backward, turn while walking, 360°rotation, etc., which improves the handling flexibility.
Long-life battery configuration:
Considering that customers use it for a long time, increase the battery capacity, which can meet the full load work for 3 hours.

However, the customer has no experience in importing, so we taught the customer how to operate it according to our experience in exporting, and actively cooperated with the customer to prepare the data and book the ship. The packing method is also according to the standard of sea transportation. After receiving the goods, the customer recognized the quality of our products and introduced 3 customers to our company.
