Customer Needs
To transport the main girder of a crane with a load capacity of (20-25 tons).
Intelligent control, automatic obstacle avoidance, and automatic loading and unloading are required.
Remote control and automated operation should be supported to improve production efficiency.

Based on the above requirements, Remarkable custom-designed an intelligent low-voltage Rail Transfer Trolley for Weihua Group with the following features:
- Safe and efficient power supply: It adopts low-voltage rail power supply, insulated and anti-scald, anti-smashing, and supports curved and circular rail operation without any distance limitation.
- Intelligent automatic control: PLC + frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, realizing precise speed adjustment and smooth start-stop. Equipped with automatic obstacle avoidance radar, safer operation. Workpiece automatic positioning + clamping slot, can be linked to the intelligent crane to complete loading and unloading, to realize the whole process automation.
- Other devices: Automatic hooking/dehooking device, only a single person can operate to complete the trolley docking, greatly improving the operational efficiency.
