Recently, Remarkable successfully delivered four customized 30-ton hydraulic lift transfer carts to a Turkish manufacturer of chemical purification plants.
Hicri Ercili company is a company with a long history and rich experience in the production of chemical substances in purification plants and owns many shipyards. An efficient and safe handling equipment and transportation solution was needed for the production and transfer of chemical substances. The machines they use in production stack chemicals in 10 rows with a total weight of 30 tons. The customer was looking for a solution to transport these chemicals in liquid form that was compatible with the shipping pallets used. Since the loads were in liquid form, they needed to be transported without shaking or spilling.
Project Challenge
High Loads And Sensitive Hazardous Transport
The main challenge of the project was the safe transportation of high volume chemical substances without shaking. The height of the transfer cart must not be too high in order to transport it safely and minimize shaking.
Solution
Battery-powered, four-wheeled, steerable, omni-directional mobile transfer cart.
After understanding its needs, Ruimaike customized a 30-ton omni-directional mobile transfer cart, which adopts differential rudder wheels, can move freely and flexibly in all directions, and most importantly, it is very stable and safe when transporting and moving work, without any shaking. At the same time, we take the hydraulic lifting device, can be compatible with all the customer’s pallets and goods, and safe lifting and transportation to the designated location.
In order to further ensure the safety of use, we have adopted multiple protection measures, electromagnetic brake system, slow start and stop system, sound and light alarm system, electric video alarm system, automatic obstacle avoidance sensors, anti-collision touch edge, emergency stop button and so on.
