Rail Transfer Carts Apply Rail Transit Field（RGV Automated rail car） Video Introduction

This is a Rail Transfer Cart produced by REMARKABLE. It is mainly used for railway transportation customers to provide automatic rail transfer vehicles for freight car inspection. It is used for railway inspection and maintenance work, and can complete the uncoupling and collaborative operation of two train carriages.

The host computer sends back the data processing system of the rail transfer cart. After program judgment, the RGV data processing system sends a start signal and a displacement value to the RGV trolley that needs to be operated. After the RGV trolley system receives the relevant instructions, the servo drive system drives it to move, and feedbacks the in-position signal after reaching the position. Subsequently, the RGV data processing system sends its in-position signal to the host computer.

Rail transfer cart apply rail transit field is welded with stainless steel, and is welded as a whole by longitudinal beams and cross beams to form a frame and table. The table is equipped with a detachable inspection cover and four lifting rings on both sides for easy flipping and lifting. For easy maintenance, an inspection window is opened on the transmission mechanism table. The frame is designed for 125% of the rated load to prevent deformation due to impact load during the load-bearing process and ensure load-bearing stiffness.
