Recently, Remarkable successfully delivered four customized 30 ton hydraulic lift transfer carts to a Turkish manufacturer specializing in chemical purification plants.
Hicri Ercili is a company with a long history and extensive experience in the production of chemical substances for purification plants and owns multiple shipyards. To support its production and transportation processes, the company required an efficient and safe material handling solution. During production, chemical materials are stacked in 10 rows with a total weight of 30 tons. The customer was looking for a transfer solution compatible with their existing shipping pallets and suitable for transporting chemicals in liquid form.
Because the loads were liquid, the transportation process had to be extremely stable to prevent shaking or spilling, placing high demands on the design and performance of the transfer equipment.
Project Challenge
High Loads and Sensitive Hazardous Transport
The main challenge of this project was the safe transportation of large-volume liquid chemical substances. Any vibration or instability during movement could lead to safety risks and material loss.
To address this issue, the overall height of the 30 ton hydraulic lift transfer cart needed to be carefully controlled. A lower center of gravity was essential to ensure stability during operation and to minimize shaking while transporting liquid loads across the plant floor.

Battery-Powered, Omni-Directional Hydraulic Lift Transfer Cart
After fully understanding the customer’s operating environment and handling requirements, Ruimaike customized a 30 ton hydraulic lift transfer cart with omni-directional movement.
The transfer cart adopts a battery-powered design with four steerable wheels and differential rudder wheel technology, allowing it to move freely and flexibly in all directions. This omni-directional configuration ensures smooth and stable operation, even when carrying heavy liquid chemical loads, effectively eliminating shaking during transportation.
In addition, the cart is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system that is fully compatible with the customer’s pallets and goods. The hydraulic lift allows precise height adjustment, ensuring safe lifting, alignment, and transportation to designated locations within the chemical purification plant.
To further enhance operational safety, multiple protection systems were integrated into the transfer cart, including:
- Electromagnetic braking system
- Slow start and slow stop control
- Sound and light alarm system
- Electric video alarm system
- Automatic obstacle avoidance sensors
- Anti-collision touch edge
- Emergency stop button
These safety features ensure reliable and secure operation when handling hazardous liquid chemical materials.
