This case primarily discusses on the 50-Ton Hydraulic Transfer Cart, a specialized vehicle designed for heavy machinery manufacturing and large-scale mold transportation. A major mold manufacturer in Turkey encountered significant challenges when handling ultra-long and heavy steel components. Traditional trailers proved inadequate due to limited maneuverability, excessive turning space requirements, low utilization efficiency, and potential material damage or safety hazards during multi-machine material handling.We customized a 50-ton Hydraulic Pallet Transfer Cart tailored for the factory. This solution delivers exceptional flexibility and load-bearing capacity, effectively addressing the persistent issue of transporting oversized materials.

Customer Challenges
The customer faced the following issues during production:
- Ultra-heavy loads: Single units and pallets weighed nearly 50 tons, making it difficult for conventional transport equipment to balance flexibility and stability.
- Limited space: The plant did not allow track installation, and the small turning radius required extremely high maneuverability.
- Workstation integration: Equipment needed vertical lifting functionality to interface with welding platforms or machining tools of different heights for automatic pallet handling.

To address these challenges, the Ruimike engineering team designed the following solution:
50-Ton Hydraulic Pallet Lifting Trackless Transfer Cart
- Independent steering drive wheel set: Equipped with 360° rotating electric drive motors, each wheel is independently steerable. Standard configuration: 4–8 wheels, load capacity 50 tons.
- Hydraulic lifting module: Multi-cylinder synchronized hydraulic lifting platform, equipped with an imported pump station and synchronization manifold valve, with power-off self-locking and pressure-holding function, ensuring stable lifting of 50-ton loads.
- Intelligentes Kontrollsystem: PLC or motion controller combined with wireless/joystick operation, calculating wheel angles and speed in real-time to ensure smooth operation and precise positioning.
- Safety protection devices: Collision sensors, emergency stop buttons, and load monitoring systems.
- Power system: High-capacity lithium-ion battery pack, supporting full battery connectivity and intelligent battery emitter technology.

Project Results
After being put into use, the 50-ton Hydraulic Transfer Cart from we solved the Turkish customer’s logistics challenges in heavy wind turbine and pressure vessel manufacturing. The 360° rotation technology reduced the required transfer aisle from 12 meters to 5.5 meters, improving space utilization by 35%. The synchronized hydraulic lifting system enabled pallets to interface autonomously with workstations, reducing single-station transfer time from 40 minutes to 12 minutes, increasing handling efficiency by 230%, and achieving full-load stopping accuracy of ±10mm.
