- Instruction Reception: The operator issues movement commands via wireless remote control.

Each drive wheel set is equipped with an independent power motor and steering motor. The central control system calculates the precise angle and speed required for each wheel in real-time. The vehicle can travel straight, move laterally, drive at a 45° diagonal, and rotate 360° in place without a turning radius.
- Hydraulic Stabilization: To meet the 20-ton load requirement, the Multidirectional Transfer Car is equipped with specialized hydraulic outriggers.
