Working Principle
Henan Remarkable BKPJ series of electric rail transfer cart is an explosion-proof rail trolley. It adopts the power supply mode of cable drum. It supplies power to the cable drum with AC 220 V, and the cable drum supplies power to the electric control system. The electric control system controls the motor operation, and then drives the transfer cart forward and backward. The transfer cart is driven by YBZPE explosion-proof variable frequency motor. Before the electric transfer trolley runs, it is necessary to release the cable. During the operation, the power line should be parallel to the rail, so as to avoid affecting the operation of the trolley.
The advantages of the explosion-proof series of electric rail transfer cart are that the special frequency conversion motor is used to adapt to the harsh working conditions.
