Çalışma Prensibi

Henan Remarkable BKPJ series of electric rail transfer cart is an explosion-proof rail trolley. It adopts the power supply mode of cable drum. It supplies power to the cable drum with AC 220 V, and the cable drum supplies power to the electric control system. The electric control system controls the motor operation, and then drives the transfer cart forward and backward. The transfer cart is driven by YBZPE explosion-proof variable frequency motor. Before the electric transfer trolley runs, it is necessary to release the cable. During the operation, the power line should be parallel to the rail, so as to avoid affecting the operation of the trolley.

The advantages of the explosion-proof series of electric rail transfer cart are that the special frequency conversion motor is used to adapt to the harsh working conditions. The transfer cart has simple and reliable structure, high bearing capacity, long service life and low requirements for rail laying.

The overall structure of BKPJ explosion-proof series of transfer carts designed and produced by Remarkable is mainly composed of frame, transmission device (angle box driving wheel), walking device (wheel), explosion-proof cable drum, safety device,  electric control box and handle pendant placing box.It is composed of frequency conversion explosion-proof motor, reducer, driving wheel, passive wheel, etc.The driving wheel is a three in one driving device, which integrates power, transmission and braking. It has compact structure, small overall size, and has brake function, which is safer.

Remarkable can configure all kinds of explosion-proof devices and explosion-proof levels according to customer requirements and using conditions. In addition, according to customer’s demand, production and logistics conditions, we can add U-shaped, V-shaped and other special shape table structure, rail, clamping device, roller device, lifting system, etc.
