Weihua Group is a leading manufacturer of lifting machinery and intelligent equipment in China. With the commissioning of its new intelligent equipment industrial park, the company required a heavy-duty intelligent rail transfer trolley to support automated logistics and crane girder transportation.
To meet the increasing demand for intelligent factory construction, an automated material handling solution was required.

Customized Solution: Intelligent Low Voltage Rail Transfer Trolley
Based on the above requirements, Notável designed a 25 ton intelligent rail transfer trolley with the following features:
1. Safe Low-Voltage Rail Power Supply
- Insulated low-voltage rail system
- Anti-scalding and anti-smashing protection
- No distance limitation
- Suitable for straight, curved and circular rails
This system ensures stable power supply without cable drag limitations.
2. PLC Intelligent Control System
- PLC + frequency conversion stepless speed regulation
- Smooth start and stop
- Precise positioning control
- Remote control and automated operation
The trolley can operate in both manual and automatic modes.
3. Automatic Obstacle Avoidance
Equipped with radar sensors for automatic obstacle detection to enhance safety in complex workshop environments.
4. Automated Loading & Unloading
- Workpiece automatic positioning
- Clamping slot system
- Linked with intelligent crane system
- Automatic hooking and dehooking device
Only one operator is required to complete trolley docking, significantly improving operational efficiency.
