Working Principle of 5T roller conveyor AGV

• Startup & Initialization: The autonomous navigation system uses vision sensors to scan the surrounding environment and define the working area.
• Path Planning: Upon receiving a command, the system plans the optimal travel route.
• Material Positioning: The equipment uses sensors to locate the position of the materials to be transported, reducing errors to near-zero millimeters.
• Height Adjustment: The roller platform is equipped with a hydraulic or electric lifting system to adjust its height to match the production line, ensuring accurate material placement.
• Docking Process: After completing the alignment between the material and the production line, the internal control system ensures all rollers distribute force evenly and maintain consistent speeds. This prevents the material from shifting or tilting during transfer. Once confirmed, the rollers push the material to the target position.
• Material in Place: Photoelectric sensors installed on the roller platform monitor whether the material has reached the designated position.
• Status Feedback: Once the material is confirmed to be in place, the roller transfer car restarts and proceeds to the next task.
• Obstacle Avoidance & Auto-Stop: The equipped laser anti-collision radar monitors obstacles along the path in real-time, allowing the vehicle to decelerate or stop immediately to re-plan its route.
• Interlock Protection: While the rollers are rotating, the AGV’s power system is locked to prevent any accidental movement of the vehicle.

• Motor: The core drive unit, achieving smooth startup, precise cruising, and power output under load for the AGV through precision servo control.
• Reducer: Installed between the motor and the axle, it ensures high-precision positioning and stable operation of 5-ton heavy objects during movement by increasing torque and reducing speed.
