Henan Remarkable customized a 100-ton battery rail transfer trolley for a century-old Czech power transformer manufacturer for efficient and safe transfer of large transformers. The customer is a leading supplier of power equipment in Europe, with an export rate of more than 60%, and therefore requires high efficiency and safety in production logistics. Based on the customer’s needs, Remarkable designed a heavy-duty, intelligent, containerizable rail transfer trolley to help the customer optimize the production process and reduce transportation costs.
Customer requirements
High loading capacity: the transfer car needs to carry large transformers of more than 100 tons to ensure stable operation.
- Safety: Due to the large size and high center of gravity of the transformer, it needs to prevent collision or tipping during operation.
- Efficient transportation: improve the efficiency of logistics within the plant, to adapt to the needs of frequent transportation.
- Reduced shipping costs: equipment needs to be able to fit into standard containers to reduce international transportation costs.
- Customized design: additional safety devices such as V-brackets, fences, etc. may be required.

Intelligent safety protection
- Four-corner emergency stop button: quick stop in case of emergency.
- Laser obstacle avoidance sensor: detect obstacles within 1.5 meters, automatically slow down and stop.
- Sound and light alarm system: light and sound warning during operation to ensure safe operation.
Economical transportation design:
width 2.2 meters, suitable for standard containers, significantly reducing shipping costs.
Stable low-speed operation:
Maximum speed is 20m/min (equivalent to walking speed), ensuring smooth transportation of heavy loads.
Flexible customization options:
can be equipped with V-frame, fence and other safety devices, supporting the lift function, adapting to the operation of curved rail or cross rail.
