Die Transfer Cart Parts

The Heavy Duty Die Transfer Cart consists of a high-strength frame, a large load wheel system, a guiding and positioning system, a drive module, safety guards and an optional hydraulic/electrical control system. The following are the functional characteristics of its main components:

  • Frame: the main load-bearing structure, made of high-strength steel (e.g. Q345B) welded together, load the weight of the mold and disperse the load.
  • Wheel Assembly: It consists of heavy-duty wheels + bearings + driving wheels to realize the smooth movement and load transfer of the transfer vehicle.
  • Guidance System: It is composed of V-type guide rail + guide wheel, which can accurately center the molds and presses or work stations to prevent deflection.
  • Drive System: electric drive or manual drive, optional wireless remote control.
  • Safety Components: Dual braking system + collision avoidance device + overload protection.
  • Hydraulic/Lift System: Optional hydraulic device, to assist mold lifting or leveling.
